I have tried ALL mod managers so far and I'm back to original FOMM. I think that it really depends on what you are running. I'm still having issues with uncontrolled memory grabs by the game (jumps from around 300 to over 1,030 on my machine) I've been touching base on this thread on and off to pick up clues and hints.

FOMM does a similar thing when it installs them, though it replaces all of the armours so there's no vanilla ones, but clicking 'Archive Invalidate' in it's options immediately fixes the texturing issue so the whole thing works as it should, while trying to do the same thing with Vortex seemingly does nothing. Still, the aforementioned armour replacement mod, when installed using Vortex, causes a lot of armours to still be vanilla, and those that are modded have loads of broken texturing, on both the armour and the character body, it's a real mess. My bad! I must have gotten it muddled with Fallout 3, since I've more recently modded that one, and last time I played New Vegas I did use a hair mod, so I have some crossed wires in my brain somewhere.

I'm using the Vanilla Armors Replacer for BNB Body, and.

Which armor and hair mods are giving you trouble? You need to actually use the current stability and performance mods, and avoid old broken garbage mods. Originally posted by Salamand3r-:If you actually want to play NV without crashes, it's very possible.
